Emmanuel Négrier is director of Cepel attached to the University of Montpellier and the CNRS. His research fields in political science focuses on territorial reforms, cultural policies and practices, political cultures. He authored : "Cultural Policies in Europe: a Participatory Turn ?, with Félix Dupin-Meynard, Ed. Attribut 2020; "Culture et Metropoles", with Philippe Teillet, Ed. Autrement 2020; and about the French policy of merging Regional Institutions and their impact on public action, particularly cultural: « La fusion des région : le laboratoire d'Occitanie", with Vincent Simoulin, PUG 2021.
