Fernando Álvarez Teresa

Fernando Álvarez Teresa is a pre-doctoral researcher and lecturer in the Department of Applied Economics at the Universitat de València. Member of the research group ECONCULT and of the association for the promotion of research in creative industries and economic impact INNOPAC. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis "The economic impact of the Cultural and Creative Industries: an approach for 66 countries at different stages of development" in the framework of the ES_CCAMVI project of the Conselleria d'Hisenda i Model Econòmic de la Generalitat Valenciana. He has carried out research stays at the University of Uviéu and the Università degli Studi di Firenze. He has also participated in several European projects, such as MEASURING CCS, ARTCAST4D and TRANSMAKING, and has worked on applied projects for the Generalitat Valenciana, the City Council of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and several Valencian municipalities. His interests cover the economics of culture, regional economics and Input-Output modelling.
