Urban and regional planner, since 2017 she is research fellow at Politecnico di Milano. She collaborates with the unit responsible for the Horizon2020 projects: Designscapes (2017-2021) and MESOC (2020-2022). From 2006 to 2013 she worked as research assistant at the Institute for Spatial Development at ETH Zurich where she was member of the research team responsible for several cooperation projects: Raum+ Schwyz, 2007-2009, Limmattal Strategic Plan, 207-2013, Interreg North West Europe CODE 24, 2010-2013. In 2014 she obtained the Doctor of Science title from the ETH Zurich with the dissertation Shared spatial strategies and actions design. Approaches and instruments enabling collaborative design processes at the large, regional and macro- regional scale. She is co-editor (with G. Conilio, 2018) of the book Innovation Capacity and the City. The Enabling Role of Design.
