Final conference DAY 2 - part 1

Scientific productions

After three years of cooperation, the MESOC team held its last conference on 9 and 10 March 2023 in Paris. 

The second morning opened with insights from MESOC and the two other projects funded under the same call: UNCHARTED and INVENT. This dialogue focussed on the impact of culture on health and well-being.

We continued with the video presentations of the EU projects DISCE and Measuring CCS. 

Then, the following two speeches provided new perspectives on the project's objectives : 

  • Artificial intelligence for cultural policies, by Baptiste Caramiaux research fellow at the CNRS

  • Designing new cultural policies oriented to societal goal, by Dave O’Brien, Professor of Cultural and Creative Industries Sheffield University Management School
